Purpose:
There are two spaces used for instruction in Randall Library. The
Instructional Services Classroom (RL #1039) and the Multipurpose Room (RL #1022). The
primary use of these rooms is to carry out the
Mission
of the Instructional Services program through hands on classes conducted by
the Randall Library faculty for students and the Randall Library/UNCW community,
emphasizing course related research, students orientations and Library resource
education.
Classroom
Use Guidelines:
- Please
keep the classroom clean, neat and at the end of each class return it to its
original layout.
- Make
sure lights are turned off, all monitors are turned off and the door
is locked.
- A

Instructional
Services Scheduling Policy.
- No
reconfiguration of any of the computers and no application
software may be added to or removed from any of the computers
without prior permission from the Instructional Services Coordinator.
- These
rooms should always be locked when not being used.
- These
rooms are not available after the reference desk closes
or when the library is closed.
Equipment in each room:
- 20 student workstations
- 1 instructor workstation
- 1 projector and screen
- Software & keyboard available for 1 workstation for persons with added accessibilities needs
