Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery

UNCW faculty, staff and and students are eligible to request materials not owned by Randall Library. Requests are placed through ILLiad, UNCW's interlibrary loan and document requesting service. Faculty members, graduate students, and distance education students are eligible to place document delivery requests and those materials are delivered to campus offices for Faculty and Graduate Students and to the home addresses of distance education students. Document delivery of articles occurs electronically whenever possible, through transmission of PDF files. The ILL office has office hours from 8-4 Monday - Friday. Their email address is libraryill@uncw.edu and telephone numbers are 962-3273 or 962-7005.

ILL staff also process ILL requests from other libraries for materials owned by Randall Library that are then sent out to the requesting library.Our interlibray lending policy is included: http://library.uncw.edu/web/policies/lendingservices.html
